Today, an off-topic on the topic of food. As soon as we're no longer 14 and the chips and chocolate bars are just passing us by, we start thinking about food. Fortunately, I've always liked healthy food, fruits, vegetables, grains, but I also love chocolate just as much—you can't help it! I've had to be careful since the birth of my children, and now my hormones are "sprouting"—a vicious cycle.
My power food every morning keeps me going until the afternoon, sometimes until the evening, tastes good and is healthy.
The following ingredients per belly:
- 1 unpeeled apple chopped in a small multi-purpose grinder,
- Oatmeal,
- Granola,
- walnuts,
- Cashew nuts,
- Quinoa
- some honey,
- some lemon juice
- if there are quinoa pops (they are currently hard to get)
Then add one or two more fruits. Currently, I'm skipping bananas, which is causing bloating. Summer is already providing enough: nectarines, berries, apricots, strawberries. In winter, I sometimes couldn't stand the sight of pears. Finally, add a little (!) milk; it shouldn't "float" and should be delicious to spoon out.
Then take the knitting needles again and continue knitting.....
