Shipping information
For orders over €75.00, we ship your package free of charge throughout Germany with DHL. For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee, regardless of the size of your package.
Insured parcel DHL: €5.90 (delivery time 24-48 hours)
Our shipping days are Monday to Thursday.
Would you prefer to pick up your wool in-store? There are no shipping costs for pickup from our store during opening hours. You can pick up your online order in Kappeln (24376). We'll send you an email as soon as the wool is there or delivered to the store. Please don't forget to bring a receipt for pickup (order confirmation is also available digitally), even if you have someone pick up the item.
The shipping costs for Germany are automatically displayed in your shopping cart. If your order value is over €75, we will cover the shipping costs for you; the shop will deduct them automatically.
Very important is:
When entering your address, please check everything for accuracy and deliverability. We cannot accept liability for returns due to incorrect address entries and will charge the return postage to us at the country-specific postage rate (e.g. Germany 5.90), in addition to the reshipment.
If you pay with Paypal Express, please check the address as well, as it will be transferred.
We also assume no liability for shipments not collected after storage, missing nameplates on the doorbell, faulty behavior of the delivery person, or delivery authorizations. If the shipment is returned to 100Farbspiele, the postage price for reshipment will be doubled.
If you haven't received your package within a week of the shipping email, please send us an email and we'll be sure to sort it out.
International shipping costs
For international shipping, the DHL delivery zones apply. Shipping costs are adjusted to the delivery address. This means that even if you order from Germany and have your order delivered to a different address abroad, the shipping costs for international shipping will still apply.
For shipping to non-EU countries, no German VAT is charged; this is calculated by customs and payable to the customer. Please inquire about customs allowances (Switzerland, for example, is CHF 62). This way, you only pay the net price plus postage.
Swiss customers also have the option of ordering via "My Purchase," in which case all formalities are handled by My Purchase.
Please note that orders to non-EU countries must be under 1000,-, in which case it must be split into several orders (multiple postage!).

Shipment

If you order from multiple categories, we'll pack it all into one package. If something is out of stock and additional deliveries are necessary, we'll, of course, ship it postage-free.
Please note our delivery time.
Our delivery time is 8-10 WORKING days (Monday to Thursday for us), plus shipping time. After your order, you will receive an order confirmation; after that, please be patient.

Your unique piece will only be manufactured after you place your order. We always start this process on Mondays, usually eight business days after your order. You will usually receive an email with the shipment status by then.
It may take a while (3-4 days) until we have produced and packaged all of the unique pieces, so your shipment status may not be updated for a few days. We haven't forgotten about you; we always produce a large number of orders at once and ship them by Thursday at the latest.
If the shipment status shows "picked up," your package has been picked up FROM US and is on its way.
Please keep in mind that our employees may be sick or on vacation from time to time, so delivery times may be stretched to the limit. Everything we do is handmade, and delays can occur occasionally due to staff downtime, but this is not the norm.
Don't forget that employees have Sundays and public holidays off; our working days are Monday to Thursday.
The shipping service provider DHL may experience staffing shortages, and your package may take longer than usual during peak times (e.g., Christmas).
Please don't immediately file a dispute with PayPal if your package doesn't arrive by day 10; we haven't forgotten about you.
If you have any questions about your order, please send them definitely by email or chat, The store staff don't have access to the online shop and can't help you further. We have limited phone service.
Often, your questions are answered automatically through the chat, the search function (small magnifying glass at the top right of the homepage), or the "Do you have questions?" page linked at the bottom of the homepage.
Even if you have to wait a while for your unique item, the anticipation is the best part and you can soon look forward to your package.
