Shipping
From a value of 75.00 euros we ship free of charge throughout Germany with DHL. For delivery within Germany we charge a flat rate shipping costs (regardless of weight)
Insured package DHL: €5.90 (duration 24-48 hours)
There are no shipping costs for collection from the office during opening hours. Please select the COLLECTION menu item. These orders are also subject to advance payment.
The shipping costs for Germany are automatically displayed by the shopping cart system; for goods worth over 90.00 euros, the shipping costs (Germany 5.90€) are automatically deducted. You will receive an email when the package is shipped. Please note the delivery times.
Please note the following:
When entering your address, check it for accuracy and deliverability. We assume no liability for returns due to incorrect address entries and will invoice the return postage to us at the country-specific postage (e.g. Germany 5.90), in addition to the new shipping. We also assume no liability for shipments that are not picked up after storage, a missing name tag on the bell, incorrect behavior on the part of the delivery person, or parking permits. If the item is returned to 100Farbspiele®, the postage price for re-shipment will be double.
If you order as a GUEST, you will not receive any shipment status; this can only be viewed by registered customers. For guest orders, no shipment status will be provided upon request.

The DHL delivery zones apply to shipping abroad. All countries in zone 1 can be selected as a shipping address; for countries in zones 2 and 3, please contact me using the contact form.

Shipment
Delivery times, delivery day = shipping day (i.e. the time at which the delivery leaves the company.)
ALL unique items up to 14 days from receipt of payment
Zitron up to 7 working days from receipt of payment
Knitpro up to 5 working days from receipt of payment
If you order items from several categories, they will always be delivered in one package and the longest delivery time will always be charged. If subsequent deliveries are necessary, they will of course be delivered free of charge.
Shipping is done with DHL, as soon as the package leaves the house you will receive an email from the shop, the goods should arrive 24-48 hours later.
Return
If you are not satisfied, you can of course return the goods (not unique items!) (according to the right of return). There are no return labels included in the package. Please contact 100Farbspiele® by email and a return label will be sent to you. Shipments without freight prepaid will not be accepted.
